I have been using the timed work/break strategy for a number of years. What I usually do is pretend I'm Mr. Scott on the Enterprise and in 20 minutes the Klingons are going to blow the ship up unless I can repair the engines by putting every isolinear chip (dish) into the computer core (dishwasher) and get the engines back online. If I get done 5 minutes early I also get the weapons back online and get the satisfaction of blowing the Klingons up. If I fail the Enterprise is doomed.
