"Fall seven times, get up eight."

I did 1.010 miles on the elliptical today :0)

This sounds like an excellent plan to me. What are your specific food goals? Keep in mind that the hungrier you let yourself get, the more you'll want to abuse portions later. Its best to stick to six small portions a day, to keep metabolism active & cravings in check. I keep a binder and plan all of my meals, chores, and workouts way ahead. And I keep a daily journal of my foods, activity, symptoms, progress, a motivational quote, and something that Im grateful for, every day. It works for me until it doesnt, and then I roll around in that for a bit before I jump back up. I spend five minutes picking up each room every day, and devote one day a week to "thoroughly" cleaning a different area (Wed/Living Room, Thurs/Dining Room, Fri/Kitchen, etc.), and a daily list that my daughter helps with (dishes, laundry). When I get into the flow of things, this is brilliant. As a matter of fact, look up, "happiness, flow." Thats motivation right there. I think I have a neat collection of quotes on my pinterest (maybe scroll down to the more health-related quotes - Ive been on an emotional roller coaster these past few months)...

And sometimes new recipes get you out of that rut too ...
