There's such an ill-defined copyright when it comes to limited-run clothing. like on http://www.teefury.com... my "Doctor Pooh" shirt that has a very distinctly Disney Winnie The Pooh dressed up as a VERY distinctly 4th Doctor, with the Doctor Who logo rip-off above - that one's been reprinted by about 10 different shirt companies I know of over the last 5 years!
