One gallon Potato Salad - DONE!
Roast Beef, Turkey, Salami - READY!
Cheddar Cheese, Provolone, Swiss - READY!
Leaf Lettuce, Onions, Tomatoes, Cucumber - Still need the Tomato and Cucumber
Mayo, Mustard and Horseradish Sauce - Need squirt bottles
Tim's Cascade Style Potato Chips - READY!
Costco Muffins - Still need them, hopefully tomorrow?
BREAD: Homestyle White, Homestyle Wheat, Sourdough, Garlic Sourdough, Pumpernickel - READY!

Serving Platters - READY!

Plates, bowls, utensils, etc - Provided by the host!

Macaroni Salad - SCRAPPED! Nobody would have eaten it anyways...

COMPLICATION! I had *thought* I would be getting in to the kitchen on Saturday morning, ends up I can't get in there till SUNDAY morning, which is the day of the catering. Need to think of a solution to that...
