It's called the "Disney Dining Plan", and in DIsney WORLD it's awesome (much more flexible, plus they have about a bazillion different restaurants spread across the whole resort)... in Disney LAND, for some reason, they put some very strict limitations on how and when you're allowed to use the vouchers (there's a very ill-defined line between "sit-down dining" and "casual dining"), plus there's no differentiation between an expensive "Snack" and a cheap one ($8 turkey leg costs you the same as a $4 Churro costs you the same as a $1.50 sucker).
