Mini-Fluffers

Those of you who know me know of my "Fluffer-Nutter Sandwiches" - supposedly The Sandwich What Killed Elvis"! White bread, peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, chocolate chips, and sliced banannas, grilled until the chocolate chips are all melty and the bread is golden brown. Serve with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream on top. It's like touching the face of God and taking a bite. Trust me.

Anyway...

Today I have come up with a NEW invention, the MINI-FLUFFER! Get a package of those peanutbutter-filled cheese crackers (usually they cost about a quarter for a package). Smear a little bit of marshmallow fluff on each one, which will in turn hold on the 9 chocolate chips you are about to put on top of each one. Microwave for just a few seconds to melt the chocolate chips, then cover each one with a slice of bananna. BITE SIZE FLUFFER-NUTTER GOODNESS!!!

It should be noted that if you ever feed your niece a fluffer-nut sandwich for breakfast again, I will be forced to remove every bit of food in your house and replace it with veggie burgers, tofu, sprouts, various other green vegetables and soy milk. The unsweetened kind.

But she *LOVES* the sandwiches! And by osmosis, *me*! Plus, it's "Fluffer-NutTER", not just "Fluffer-Nut".

I like to think of it as exercise for my innards. The Human Heart *is* a muscle, after all! And if you want your muscles to be healthy, do you make things easy on them and avoid lifting heavy things? HELL NO! You go to the gym! You lift progressively heavier weights! You get to be HEALTHY!

Since i can't cram an Ab-Flex in to my chest, I'll just have to make do with the hardening and clogging of my arteries :)

Who cares where the calories go? Do you worry about the calories when you eat a Snickers Bar? Have a Mocha on the way in to work? Eat a bag of Oreos because of depression? OF COURSE NOT! After all, it's just6 one sandwich :)

I don't eat snickers bars unless I'm in dire need of food
I don't buy mochas. Too expensive on an everyday basis and I always get them nonfat (but to be honest..I like my coffee from home)
Eat a bag of oreos?? GOD NO!!
