ECCC Plans
So they put the Event Schedules for Emerald City Comic Con up today... HOKEY FRICKIN' SMOKES!!!
My plan for Saturday: Get a seat in the Ballroom at Noon for Wil Wheaton, stay seated for Leonard Nimoy and Stan Lee. Maaaaaaaaaybe stay seated for The Guild and Joe Quesada, but I'll probably let my seat go to somebody else at that time so I can go get some food or some comics or some other fun. They still haven't announced the time/place for Photo Ops with Stan Lee and Leonard Nimoy yet so that *might* kill my plans... I'll have t wait and see...
My plan for Sunday: I'll *probably* try t catch the Kirby Krackle concert at 2 (I've heard that they have gotten decidedly less "Johnas Brothers" since last year), then off to the "Star Trek Between the Cracks" and "NERDProv", which gives me all of Sunday Morning to scour the dealer room for my best Desperation Deals. Come to think of it, I may have to skip all the panels on Sunday and devote myself to finding comic books.
Of course, that coulkd all change if I find a team capable of playing Rock Band with me and Wil Wheaton on Sunday (HINT! HINT!) Unfortunately, I seem to be the only person I know that's going on Sunday who is willing to even *try* Rockband (everybody lse is either going on Saturday only, has previous commitments or can's play any of the Guitar-based games because they know how to play REAL instruments and claim that this makes it impossible to play fake ones :(
