A co-werker of mine is showing me how to go about buying a house, regardless of my credit. Yeah, it sounds like a commercial. But! It's all making great sense, and *he* got started in it with much less than what I've got now, and he's on his third house (renting the other two out)!

By Gawd, I think we can do this!
