What a day for a day-dree-min boy-oy-oy.

It was a good day to be a day off today. I really needed it.

Watched "Anchorman" again. Funnier every time I se it!

Watched "Midnight Movies", about the rise and fall of the 70's Midnight Movie showings. Focused mainly on the Big 6 movies, 4 of which I have ever actually heard of ("Eraserhead", "Pink Flamingoes", "Rocky Horror Picture Show" and "Night Of The Living Dead").

Watched 3 episodes of Attack Of The Show that I have DVR'ed (OOH! NEW WORD FOR THE LEXICON!)

Ate a bag of Pork Rinds with salsa.

Drank 3 liters of water.

Listed minor items on Ebay.

Meanwhile, the Bit torrent of MST3K Season 2 that I started downloading last Thursday keeps coming in bit-by-bit, now at 82.3% done. Dear LORD I hope this is a good quality copy!

Anybody know how to convert this stuff in to files that my DVD player will recognize?

Seesm to be a batch of rebular .avi files, but the Red Dwarf I downloaded (which also appears to be .avi) has no picture and no sound when I play it through WinAmp Media Player. It's an actual *file*, actully pops up a screen and says it's 24 minutes long, and the scroll bar indicates that yes it's playing *something*, but all I get is a black screen with no sound. So I'm a little worried.

You're probably missing some codecs. Odds are good it's in DivX or some close variant.
