Working the 9-till-8 for John to0day, who is celebrating his girlfreinds birthday.
Been here an hour, have taken 3 calls.
More people available than there are people who are actually on calls, both in Video and in HSI.

Dude, I got TOTALY screwed when they gave me the Friday-through-Sunday shift.
