Dinner will at least include a salad, if it's not just a great big huge salad all by itself.

I'm regretting the purchase of Fat Free ranch dressing, but I think it could at least be used as a mayo substitute on sandwiches. 'Cuz zero points is sero points, baybee!!!

Sounds like a good day!

I hate fat free ranch - it's always too sweet. The Newman's Own line of dressings is good - Honey Mustard rocks (in addition to a dressing, you can use it to marinate chicken breasts for baking. A dip into a coating of corn flake crumbs after the marinade is optional. I wish I were kidding, but we made it one night, and I wish I were kidding more, but it's pretty good.
