Breakfast: 2 Points
-Oatmeal, 2pts.

Lunch: 7 Points
-Progresso Grilled Sirloin & Penne Soup, 5pts.
-Crusty French Roll, 2pts.

Snacks: 7 Points
-Bag of ill-researched CrackerJacks (ends up there were 3.5 servings in that little bag!), 7pts.

Dinner: 18 Points (already measured out and ready to cook when I get home)
-11oz Chuck Steak with al the fat cut off, 12pts (according to The USDA), 12pts.
-9oz Baked Potato, 4pts.
-Al the fixin's for said potato (ICBINB spray, fat-free sour cream, bacon bits, 2% shredded cheddar cheese, chives), 2pts.
