Sweet, Retarded or Both

I plan on keeping a copy of every Christmas Toy Catalog that I get a copy of this year and puttign them away with all our Xmas stuff so Molly can look back on them when she's in her 20's/30's and see what was popular the year she was born.

You should also show her "Robot Chicken," so she'll know that someday the stuff she loved growing up will also likely be mocked by a couple of guys with bizarre senses of humor.

Sweet. Just remember they are printed on really cheap paper and will age badly over the years. Some archiving might not be a bad idea.

So far everybody I've mentioned it to seems to agree with you :)

both, kinda... and yeah, scanning them would be a good idea. So she can look at the crisp, digital copy, then you can crow with delight as you pull out the venerated antiques those hardcopy versions will be by then...
