We signed the lease tonight! He has to verify employment and then as soon as our deposit check clears we get the keys!

Glad you won the argument over the double wide. It really sounds nice. And I think Molly will enjoy not living in an apartment. Krystle will enjoy not having to drive so far to work. It will (hopefully) give her more 'Mommy' time.
