This is the exact reason that Bruce Wayne should buy up and redevelop any property in Gotham city as soon as it is abandoned. Leave it unoccupied for a night and all sorts of nasty things move in and make it their evil headquarters. Seriously, how many abandoned amusement parks are there in Gotham anyway? Doesn't anyone go to them anymore? Gotham should be filled with Wayneland Amusement Parks.
