Well THAT'S new...
Niece is getting random pop-up websites and audio on her laptop. Like, COMPLETELY random. Search at icansearch.com for flights to the Ukraine. An audio clip from a 1998 soccer match. Google image search for Bayliner Motor Boats. Weird, random things.
SO! Ran Spyware tools, Malware tools, virus tools... looking for ANYTHING out of the ordinary.
NOTHING.
I can't find a common thread or figure even a starting place to figure out why this is happening. This is WEIRD.
Gonna try a few different detection tols, see if anything comes up...
