OH NO!!!

Back in August when the first Christmas Stuff started showing up in local stores, I made a vow to myself. I vowed that I WOULD NOT start going nuts for Christmas till either The Day After Thanksgiving ("Black Friday"), or the day that I heard a Radio Station had switched too All Christmas Music... whichever came first.

When I made this vow, I figured it would be pertaining to Seattle's WARM 106.9, the adult-contemporary 'Soft Hits" station that usually switches some time before Thanksgiving.

UNFORTUNATELY, I just discovered that Comcast's "Sounds Of The Seasons" music channel has just switched from Halloween Music to Christmas Music.

DOES THIS COUNT?!?!? Am I now allowed to go spend a few hours in the Christmas Section of Target already?!?!?

Not only is it allowed, it's a moral imperative!

You specified "radio." Comcast does not (AFAIK)transmit Christmas music over "radio" waves. It does not count.

I'm playing some Christmas gigs this year which means I'm already practicing Christmas music. It's time, brother! Go for it!
