TECHNOLOGY! And The FUture! It's all on them INTERNETS!

Looking for information on a local Tree-Lighting event (I won't bother to humiliate them by posting a name or exact details), and I come to their website:

TREE LIGHTING FESTIVAL! CLICK HERE FOR MORE DETAILS!

WELCOME TO THE OFFICIAL CITY WEBSITE FOR THE CITY TREE LIGHTING FESTIVAL! CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION!

*click*

THERE'S A TREE LIGHTING FESTIVAL! CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE PDF FLYER FOR MORE INFO!

*click* *Wait for Adobe to update, validate, collate and agitate*

*Your PDF Document is loading*

THERE'S A TREE LIGHTING FESTIVAL! COME AND MEET SANTA!!!

*PDF ends*

So do you figure that their web developer gets paid by the page instead of by the hour? Maybe? And a bonus for creating downloadable content such as PDF?

I have heard that this one is pretty good. Can you really pass up a Children's train and pony rides? And Santa comes FROM THE SKY! If he is wearing a big S on his chest be sure to ask for his identification before telling him what you want for Christmas!

:D

Tree Lighting & Santa's Arrival: 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, a traditional Christmas tree lighting and Santa's magical arrival from the sky, at Country Village, 23732 Bothell-Everett Hwy. Children's train and pony rides from noon-4 p.m. Info: 425-483-2250 or www.countryvillagebothell.com.

There are some other ones listed here:

Country Village is always so awesome... we did Halloween there this year and it was pretty cool :) Tonight we're planning on going to the Woodinville ceremony... carolers, Santa, Crafts, and a free shuttle from Molbaks to the Community Center!

And if we go *tonight* instead of tomorrow, that kind of gives us one extra day to do Christmas Stuff? it's in the math, I'm sure of it...
