At the request of my darling wife, a neww menu for the coming week:

MONDAY: Chicken Stir Fry

TUESDAY: Oven-Fried Pork Chops, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Peas

WEDNESDAY: BBQ Hamburgers, Potato Salad

THURSDAY: Candy-Covered Pizza, Lard (Crystal will be away, Molly and I will be alone for dinner)

FRIDAY: BBQ Chicken, Baked Beans, Corn on The Cobb

SATURDAY: At The Ren Fair

SUNDAY: Spanish Rice

Candy-Covered Pizza is Molly's idea. I asked her what she wanted when it was going t be just her and me eating with no Mommy, she suggested this. I added the Lard side-dish as my own creative touch :)

Perhaps as a dessert? With leftovers as the entree. Might be more acceptable to Mommy that way.

May I suggest you sneak some vegetables on the pizza? Candy corn and jelly beans are named after the vegetable food group. That HAS to be healthy, right? She'll never notice.
