Sorry, Troy... Weird Al is NOT related to Polka King Frankie Yankovic in any way :( Confirmed and verified from Al's own mouth in many, MANY interviews. They did meet each other once and they tried to trace the family lines back as far as they could bhut couldn't find a single way that they were related.
It shook my entire belief system when i learned this awful truth :(
