I figure that since Ralph popped in to the Marvel Universe in the early 80's, they probably brought him back in the late 90's/early 2000's in a series where he wore lots and lots of pouches along with his twin Katanna Swords and giant gun, maybe they even gave him his own team of X-Men for a short-lived spin-off series...
