I'm doing low-carb with between 10 and 15 carbs worth of veggies per day. Been doing it for just about a week now, o far no change but low carb diet' don't kick in till you're in Ketosis and I don't think I'm there yet.

The Gym is more difficult to get to when weather is nice, but I'm trying to make it a habit so it's easier. It all boils down to JUST GO.

The phrase that I heard on the radio that inpired it all out of nowhere is "The best time to plant a tree was ten year ago. The second best time to plant a tree is RIGHT NOW." It's a great reminder to not get hung-up on stumbles or failures, which usually end any diet/exercise routine for me. "I didn't go to the gym at all thi week, why bother? Guess I failed again" i now replaced by "I didn't go to the gym at all this week, bummer,,, guess I'd better get to the gym NOW while I still can!" :)
