Diet Stuff

Breakfast: 2 Bratwurst
Lunch: 7 Hot Wing, 4 sticks of celery
Second Lunch: 2 grilled turkey patties with cheese
Dinner: 2 Bratwurst, Cucumber Slices

Gym: None, 9.5 Miles total

Clean: None

Yesterday wa a busy day of driving everywhere. Drove to Mount Vernon, drove to Anacortes, drove to shopping, drove to pick up Molly... drive, drive, drive. 3 out of 3 meals were microwaved leftovers, I was so busy!

Spent a lot of time in the kiddie pool with Molly and Crytal lat night, then Crystal and I finished off Merlin. All I can say is that I want one more season of "The Future King", THEN I'll let it go :)

And then Molly and I dicovered that EVERY SEASON of iCarly is on Amazon Prime Streaming right now - previously it had been just the first two seasons sa YAY!!!

Today will be more driving stuff - LOTS of it :(

What kind if diet are you doing? Low carb? Paleo? I obviously haven't been keeping up with LJ. How's the diet working out for you? And how does one develop enough badassery to show up at a gym? I can't seem to make myself do that.
