We went to bjorker's new place to play games last night with Steve and Tia, we brought a ton of gleaned bread and meat for consumption. At her new house, there is an INCREDIBLE GRILL that has ruined me for other charcoal grills FOREVER. Nothing shall ever compare to that half-barrel smoker grill...

I have a gas grill and I love it but I've been thinking a good charcoal grill is in my future. The difference in flavor is remarkable. It also allows me to use a dutch oven correctly.
