020 - GALAXAAR

The next show i will be selling stuff at is a little first-year convention in Issaquah called GALAXAAR. It looks like a very dedicated and determined 80's-themed Toy, Game & Collectible show. The guy running it is super-likeable and charismatic (in a GOOD way, not a smarmy way), and you can read all about his and his passion HERE.

One of the main attractions, for *me*, to vend at this show is to see if this might be the right type of show for us to do a live 1980's Saturday Morning Historical Preservation Society event! It really seems like it would fit in nicely :)

Ooooooh. I just heard about it over the weekend and was getting ready to send you a message about it. If they want to do an event, let me know. The show sounds really fun.

Maybe you can have a TV on your table running one of the Saturday Morning programs we created. That might take up too much space, though. Especially since it should be an old-school TV to really make it realistic. XD

I am woefully unfamiliar with MySpleen. Looks like it requires an invitation, though. I've found one place giving out invites, but only if you can provide two screenshots with proof of a good ratio. I only have one account to show. Meh. Let me know if you know anyone with an invite.

WOOOOO! I'm in!

I have a VPN that I can use for anything I decide to download. That helps make sure I don't have to deal with any ISP notices. :)

Btw, did you catch the Netflix special Michael Bolton's Big, Sexy Valentine's Day Special? I won't spoil it, but it's RIGHT UP YOUR ALLEY. It's not REALLY about Valentine's day and it makes fun of a lot of things around it. And... well, SANTA. Trust me. You'll like it. Just maybe consider waiting until Molly isn't around.
