AAAAAAARGH!!!

I've been waiting all *week* for my phone interview with Comcast. All WEEK I've been trying to not get overly excited about it because, on an interesting side-note, the way my body reacts to over-excitement is to just shut down. So for instance, I had trouble staying awake during my first trip to Disneyland, the day of the Mid-Ohio Comic Book COnvention, and my Wedding Day.

Anyway...

All WEEK, I've been looking forward to 10am Thrusday Morning becuase this was the scheduled tim for my phone interview. I sat here at my computer, resume' open in a word document (for reference), Notepad open (to take notes), fresh pens and paper (incase my computer suddenly conked out on me)... I was SET. 10am came and went.

10:01. Nothing.

10:02. Nothing.

Tried to avoid looking at the clock for as long as I could. 10:05, NOTHING!

10:07, the phone rang. I let it ring twice to show that i wasn't just sitting on top of the phone like some no-life loser with nothing better to do than sit o top of the phone with my resume, pens, and papers ready.

The call was from Comcast (of course), and they decided to RE-SCHEDULE MY PHONE INTERVIEW!!! So now I've got another TWO WEEKS of being nervous about this interview! I won't get to interview for this position till OCTOBER 10th!!!

Much tension in my now.

Yeah, but this is their Human Resources Department. And as we all know, Human Resources is where all those people who sold their souls to Satan go once their body is nothing more than an empty husk. So I figure it can be forgiven :)
