Diet Stuff

Breakfast: Bacon ("Bits & Ends", probably about 4 regular slices worth)
Lunch: 2-egg cheese omelette
Dinner: 3 bites of some delicious crockpot beef that I made (got stuck - peril of having a lap band)

Gym: 2.5 miles, 15.1 miles total

Clean: 20/10 x2

Yesterday was a pretty good day, accomplished a few things around the house that have been needing to be done for WEEKS! Crystal was very impressed :)
