Conundrum Part II

Having thought it over a bit, I think the best plan of action for *me* is to perform the wedding on Friday, after catching a matinee of Spiderman. Then, if time permits later that evening, I can catch a few later showings as well. This will leave Saturday open for Free Comic Hopping! And I have my route all mapped out, too! I'll hit The Comic Stop first, then work my way north through Everett, then hop the highway up to the U-District, hit those shops, then mozy my way down Highway 99 so I can hit the last few shops to be found. That's 7 comic shops, 9 if I decide to hit Woodinville as well. Bringing my beloved with me to maximize the amount of free comics I can get!

Of course, this will all be dependant on the bride and groom, and when they would like to get married. How DARE they fall in love and decide to get married during a summer when Spiderman is going to be in theaters?!?!?

Damn them!

I tried to convince them that a classy little ceremony with me in my Spiderman Underoos would have ben apropriate, but they won't even hear of it!

*grin*

Will the free comic book be a product of the caliber we experienced at Mile High in SoCal? Oh, all those back issues of _The Warbler_ and _Tales from a 7-11 on the Edge of a Somewhat Trashy Neighborhood_.

No, my friend... *these* comic books are actually of very high quality, produced exclusively for this day. Tales of high, bold adventure and daring escapades! Tales of actual, recognizable characters ranging from Spider Man to The Justice League of America (featuring Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman amongst others), to Star Wars, to Lara Croft (of Tombraider fame) to a bevy of other great comics! Truly, this is a day not to be missed!

Okay, Mr. Marketing Wonk, what have you done with my friend Brian? Hmmm?

Aaanyway, we'll be dealing with my parents at that point, but we'll certainly stop by and pick up a free comic from a participating locaion (is the Comic Stop doing it?) nearby.

Yes, you'll find that The Comic Stop, conveniently located near the Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood, Washington, will have a fine variety of comic books, magazines, Japanese animation, and t-shirts for you to purchase at your convenience. And yes, they will be offering free cmic books on May 4th.
