Best laid plans of Mice

So I came in to work today with a renewed sense of determination; today was going to be the day that I use absolutly NO PROJECT TIME. JUst call after call after call, constantly available. This would help my stats out like you wouldn't believe, and I know I can do it at least once a week!

So get signed in, I dig in and get ready for the long haul, and my first call is a guy with a very messed-up account. He's been trying to transfer services to a new house ofr the past three months, but all we've been doing is sending techs out to the OLD house and finding no one home! Purely a call center representative error, and I just so happened to be the only person iun 3 months to catch it.

The customer, of course, is a bit concerned over this matter. So he sighs and tells me in a brisk tone of voice that he's not going to wait while I figure it all out and I can call him back once I have it fixed. This of course forces me to go in to "Project".

For 45 minutes :(

My day and my stats are shot now :(

See, that was your first problem. Plans involving mice, always go awry. I mean, really all the cheeze such requires? you're better off making a sandwich out of the cheese then calling Schrodinger's cat & having him take care of the mice... although you have to watch him, 'cause otherwise he may... or may not... catch the mice.

I wonder how many pretentious highschool and college kids named their first cat "Schrodinger"?

Not me. I'd name a cat Pixel, but i always was a big fan of Richard Heinlein's work...

Of course most cats come standard with the "walk through walls" attachment anyway.
