Tragic!!!

Lunchbox burst open on my way in to the building today, nothing was salvageable. Had to spend $7 at Albertsons for some day-old cold chicken and some soda.

$7 for lunch! BAH!

So during my days off, I fully intend to make at least one trip to the Storage Unit to get a good lunchbox. I also intend to make a bunch of casseroles including but not limited to a double-batch of Lasagna. I will fill the freezer with quick lunches by golly!

I also intend to finally bust out the WeightWatchers stuff and try to make said lunches as wholesome and poiunt-oriented as possible :)

it seems tough to get the exact perfect lunch. not too pricy, not too little, not too much, not too hard to make at work, something healthy, something tasty, something not too perishable, something that won't get all over your clothes, and yet something you might actually feel like when you finally do get your lunch...

I hear ya! It should also be finger-food of some sort so you can have the option of eating at your desk without having to go up and reheat the item. And it shouldn't be greasy, saucey or have any type of stuff that could potentially damage your clothes and/or keyboard. But it needs to have *heft* to it. Gotta have protien! Gotta have Dairy! Gotta have veggies! But it should also e able to be kept in your desk over-night just in case you don't eat it all and are too lazy to go to the fridge with it.

Oh, and it has to taste good!
