Before I forget...

I log my meals here so I can't go "Now what did I have for breakfast? Oh well, couldn't have been more than maybe 4 points..."

So dinner last night was 6 points of Mashed Potatoes, 1 point of gravy, 2 points of corn and 4 points of fried talapia (Fish). 13 points, then 2 points of Yoplait for desert. Total points for the day only hit 29.

Breakfast was an 8-point Turkey-And-Cheese sandwich on heavy grain bread and 2 points of Oatmeal.

Lunch, byt default of my having forgotten to actually pack anything this morning, will be 3 points worth of Fruit that I found in the car.

Wow, that's a damn fine idea! I may start doing that too.

Hey, do y'all have fridges/freezers @ work?

Yes we do, both of them! Considering a purchase of ready-made meals this weekend to keep in there...

Oh, and hey! I have a coupon for a free pound of olives from the Olive Bar at the Mill Creek Fred Meyer. I personally HATE Olives, but would anyone in your clan be interested in them?

Hey, that spreadsheet you sent me... are those numbers "Per Serving", or for a whole can?

Oh dear god, they're for the whole can. Each can is 2 cups, in theory 2 servings. But 3 points of soup for an entire lunch? That's just nuts. I find 1 can of Chunky soup to be a very filling lunch. I didn't capture all of the various types--most of the chowders aren't on there because I think they're too point-heavy. But if you really like cream soups you can add them in. I think it might be cool to host a little site somewhere that has a better (more specific to what I eat) search page than WW does. Hrm.
