Deadworld
I can now own the entire Deadworld series of comics from the 80's on CD-Rom for around $30.
This incredibly great and also sad news.
Great because I've been trying to track these issues down at conventions for nearly 20 years now and being met every time with blank stares and "Oh, maaaaaan, I have a whole run of them in my quaqrter bin at my store! I almost brought them to the con today!"
Sad because now one of my traditional "Impossible" convention quests will come to an end. Now I'll have to settle for trying to track down back issues of Captain Carrot and DC Comics Presents.

Yes, well.
Me (standing next to a Sony Vaio laptop): And this is a Sony Vaio laptop.
Dad: Wow, the screen is pretty big.
Mom: Yes, it is. How big is it?
Me: 15.4 inches.
Mom (turning to Fry's salesperson): Excuse me, can you tell me how big this screen is?
Fry's guy: Uh, it's 15.4 inches. That's like, not bad and stuff.
Mom: Oh, thanks.
Dad: Wow, this has a lot of memory.
Me: And it's expandable, too. So you can get more.
Mom (turning once more to Fry's salesperson): Excuse me again, can you tell me whether or not this memory is expandable?
Fry's guy: Uh, like, yeah and stuff.
Mom: Thanks!
aaaaaaagh.
