NAILED IT!

Calls today are thick. And the customers are very grumpy because not only is thier internet not working, but they're also hot and have been holding a sweaty phone to their ears for the past 20 minutes!

So when I got my first "SHouty" customer of the evening, I wasn't too suprised. But what I WAS suprised by was the fact that I was able to calm him down, dispell a bunch of his preconceptions about dealing with Comcast, and come up with an amiable resolution that left him happy and laughing by the end of the call.

That's EXACTLY what I needed tonight! That and Pizza. They bought us Pizza :)
