So remember that Receptionist position I was applying for at the Disney Interactive Group a month or so back? Well, it seems to be listed again, so i guess things just didn't work out for whoever they chose. But what could have gone wrong? They chose the best applicant, right? Oh, wait... they added one more line to the descricption of the position! Wanna know what it is?

"...and able to get along with a diverse culture."

So I guess that whoever they hired for the position must have shown up for her first day wearing a sheet and decided to "liven up" the reception area with a few burning crosses? Maybe thery missed that one of her "Personal References" was Hitler? Oh, I dunno... but I'm glad for another chance!

Huh. That's a tough one... my cynical brain says "If it's been a month and they've forgotten how good they thought you were, I wouldn't get TOO excited."

But I guess it woudln't hurt to re-send your resume. :)
