Workit, Nyerd!

I might decide to count The Convention this weekend as one day of working out. Think about it:

AT THE GYM: 1 solid hour of walking n a treadmill, works out to about 3 miles walked.

AT THE CONVENTION: 14 hours of intermittant walking over the course of two days up and down stairs, usually carrying anywhere from 8 to 20 pounds of merchandise.

Sounds like a work-out to me!

Hm, if I were to say you can't count it, then neither could I. *ponder* Sounds good to me!

A death-pact it is, then! We take this secret to the graves with us :)

I think if you are going to count it as a work out you need to make sure to stretch before hand, stretch afterward, and drink lots of fluids. Oh and hit the shower when you get home. ;)

It would be interesting to have a pedometer to see how far you actually do walk. I've always been curious how many miles people walk at the big cons.
