Diet Stuff

Breakfast: 4 breakfast sausage links
Lunch: 4 breakfast sausage links, 4 oz pork rinds, 1 oz string cheese
Dinner: 2 grilled chicken hind quarters, a bunch of dehydrated kale chips

Gym: 1.3 miles, 4.6 miles total

Clean: Nothing. Today was super-busy and I was lucky to accomplish anything other than my long list of tasks. I helped straighten up the house a little bit before we had Stephen & Tia over for games and eats, but really it was all Crystal. But hey, at least I made it to the gym in the morning!

Speaking of the gym in the morning, I prefer going in the afternoon. Need to remember that.

WTG! Sausage is such a diet lifesaver. I open the gym before day break, and not just because thats when my shift starts. I love having my workout out of the way so I can shower & move on asap. But thats me. A lot of people need to get up & going before they can even think about getting active, and thats just as effective. What is it you like about afternoon? And will you still feel that way in the dead of summer? Actually, do have much of a summer where you live? Or is it more of just a dry season?

I'm a chronic Afternoon Crasher; 3:30/4:00 com and all I want to do is nap. If I go to the gym and work out, I get enough boost to last till 9 or 10 :)

Work out in the morning, all I get is morning energy.
