DISNEYLAND!!!

Got back from our trip to the Kingdom of the Mouse-King yesterday. We had such a good time there! We almost stayed for an extra day, but we were all feeling a bit less-than-optimal (I myself had bruised the bottoms of both my feet with all the walking around I did), so we just hit 6-flags on the way home instead so that Crystal could get her Coaster-Fix. Penny went on a bunch of coasters as well, proving once and for all the she truly is a better person than I (I stayed in the car and read comic books while the rest of our party was having large metalic structures toss them around. Even though Chris could prove to me beyond a doubt (through the use of physiscs and engineering know-how) that the coaster was structuraly sound, I just couldn't overcome my irrational fear of the nasty things. I managed to ride on Space Mountain when we first got to Mickey's place, but after screaming out for anyone and everyone like my mother and/or several dieties to make it all stop, I decided against trying any more of the "big boy" rides.

RAISINS!

My body has no use for them! Pass right through me! I may as well just drop them straight in the crapper, because that's where they're heading!

The Park is CLOSED!

Why do you want to go to the park? It's CLOSED! NOT OPEN! If you try to go in, they will only turn you away! Nothing to do there at this time of day... they are CLOSED! Look at me... you know who I am? I'm the PARK. Try asking me a question. You can't can you? OF COURSE NOT! I'M CLOSED! What you would like to find is an OPEN park, which this park is NOT! KNock Knock! Who's There? Certainly not the PARK, because it is CLOSED! If amongst the qualities you are looking for in a park is the fact that it be *open*, Then carry on my wayward son, for this park IS NOT THE PARK YOU ARE LOOKING FOR! IT'S CLOSED!
