Having the Auto-In function immediately pop you in to ANOTHER angry yelling condescending customer before you can even put notes on the first account!

And you know what's worse than THAT? Following up the TWO yelling customer calls with an HOUR-LONG screaming match with a customer who then hands off to her husband SO HE CAN YELL AT YOU FOR ANOTHER HOUR! That's right, a TWO-HOUR YELL FEST!!!!
I have broken every toy on my desk in anger as of now. I am taking a break.
