WTG! Sausage is such a diet lifesaver. I open the gym before day break, and not just because thats when my shift starts. I love having my workout out of the way so I can shower & move on asap. But thats me. A lot of people need to get up & going before they can even think about getting active, and thats just as effective. What is it you like about afternoon? And will you still feel that way in the dead of summer? Actually, do have much of a summer where you live? Or is it more of just a dry season?
