169 - Halloween Hootenanny!

captain_slinkyOnce again it is time to consider coming to our house for our HALLOWEEN HOOTENANNY, the first weekend in October! This is our now annual Crafting Party - we tried to stop one year but it ended up just *happening* - where we make spooky things spookier, make creepy things creepier and take turns trying to out-awesome each other with our awesome Halloween Decorating ideas, mostly through the evisceration and destruction of various toys and baby dolls. Here are a few highlights from previous years -
So anywho, DETAILS! This year, we plan on doing this ALL WEEKEND LONG so you can drop in whenever you like and craft as much or as little as you like! The schedule of events goes like this:

- FRIDAY OCTOBER 2ND NOON TILL 6PM - Meet up with us at the Everett Goodwill Outlet where we will all find plenty of inspiration for our macabre designs at a cost that anybody can afford (like 50-cents a pound)! The Outlet closes at 6 so that's when we'll all leave and convoy our way to Bothell where a dinner and merriment will await us, as well as indoor and outdoor tables set up with all the craft supplies for those of us who simply can not wait to get started on our projects!
- SATURDAY OCTOBER 3RD - A solid day and night of snacking and crafting. There *may* be a secondary expedition to Goodwill Outlet involved, depending on if enough people made it to the Opening Night Ceremony on Friday and/or the amount of interest in such an expedition. The party may get split in two at this time...
- SUNDAY OCTOBER 4TH - Get out of our damn house! Seriously, finish up your silly little projects, pack up your stuff and GET OUT by, say, three or so? We'll probably be sick of you by this time, and you of us, so GET OUT. We need to clean up and shower and get ready for bed!
