How did Comcast get classified as "Soulless"? This is a point I've never understood. They pay their employees great, give great bennefits, do tons of charity work every year, and I have yet to come across a disgruntled Comcast employee (ex or otherwise).

Heh... I bet you can come across some (or you know, a lot) disgruntled Comcast customers... Why, here's one right now! *waves* Comcast has one job: to distribute media. And they can't even do it well. Unlike Comcast, Disney... Disney is ingrained in cultures across the world.

Guh... anyone fancy taking a trip to ComcastLand? Or ParisComcast? How about Comcast World?? Yeah... no thanks.

And seriously... what could Comcast do that Eisener hasn't already done, even if they ARE some huge, heartless, soulless corporation? What are you people so scarred of?

Oh, that's an incentive to be excited about Comcast taking over Disney... Comcast couldn't be worse than Eisner so why not? What Disney fans, employees, and shareholders want is for Disney to return to Walt's vision: the wonderful, creativity-centered, family-oriented company it once was... before huge selve-serving powerhouses came into power (Eisner... and Comcast if anything happens, not that it will).
