captain_slinky...and now that it is officially May 5th, it is time to celebrate my own Anniversarry! Or I mean *our* anniversarry! It was 3 years ago today that ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
khristle moved here from Ohio to come and live with me. I gotta tell ya, when these internet relationships work out, they REALLY WORK OUT! We met through an Atkins Diet message group on-line, started chatting, and quickly fell in "Interlove". She flew out here in November to meet me face-to-face, both of us somewhat expecting things to never quite gell (amazing what your mind tries to convince you of when you have low self-esteem), and we just couldn't get enough of each other.
Still can't :)
There are very few people that I "Love" in this world the way I love her. I mean, yeah, I love her like a man should love his wife (basic animal attraction type of stuff ya know), but I also LOVE her as a person that I REALLY want to spewnd all my time with! What we have is the type of thing that makes all the very best relationships not only *work*, but makes them something that others envy when they see it. Having a Best Friend for a mate is better than anything I could ever imagine (even better than owning a comic book store)!
