A Perfect Circle must DIE!!!

They were a band like most of the other bands that get played on The End. Not Nirvanna, not 80's New-Wave, not Punk, just sort of filler - must be A Perfect Circle. I did not hate them, they just *existed*, and I was okay with allowing that.

But now they have done a cover version of John Lennons "Imagine". They've gone and made it all dark and spooky-like. And it's ever-so bad.

Here's "Imagine", a very pretty song about how everybody should be able to get over it and just get along together because we're all basically the same. Sure it's *beautiful* and *wonderful*, but let's SPOOKIFY it! Let's just take Santa Clause and put him in a scary Halloween costume!

Up next from A Perfect Circle, a techno-remix of "What A Wonderful World". Then they'll have a special promotional tie-in with the fine folks at Krispy Kreeme, who will make a special "A Perfect Circle" donut that is filed with whipped dog crap.

Robots

I wasn't a big fan of the CGI movie "Ice Age", but the new movie from the same people, Robots, looks very good! Tgen again, they were able to make Fern Gulley lok like a comic masterpiece with the trailer, too.

In other news, is it so wrng for me to want some cooler theme music? An ominous Darth Vader Empirial March maybe, or the theme from "Shaft"? Hey, even the minor orchestral arrangements behind "The Brady Bunch" would be good! But no. I'm stil stuck with the all-tuba version of "The Baby Elephant Walk". Always have been, always will be :(

My favorite part was near the end, where George said (and I'm paraphrasing here) "Uhm... well, I, uh... he. I mean we, see, we *bothy* looked at the same information! But I didn't call *him* a liar! And he's... he's, well... uhm..."

And then there was a long pause.

And then Kerry spoke up and said "What the HELL are you talking about, George?" He then went on to ask George what he might be smoking, and pimp-slapped dat stuttering monkey-ho.
