Now that my Comic Book Allowance has been cut (volluntarily, I might add), I am torn regarding how to spend my $10 on Friday. With my Subscriber Discount, my budget will allow me get one Magazine (Wizard, ToyFare, CBG, Alter Ego) and one or two new comics. Lots of stuff sitting in my box right now waiting to be bought and read, so I'll probably go with that. Or, alternately, I *could* get a Trade Paperback... "David's Story" calls out to me.
It's not like I don't have any unread comics to keep me entertained. I've got ENTIRE RUNS of V, Strikeforce: Morituri, and The Terminator just waiting to be read... not to mention some really nice runs of the old Giffen and DeMatties Justice League and a smattering of Dark Horse min-series from the 80's and 90's! It's just that I *NEED* new comic books! It's a compulsion! Unexplainable!
