2 Egg Omlette (2 Eggs, 1/2 cup cubed ham, 3/4-oz Cheddar Cheese) - 7 Points
HUGE bowl of Oatmeal (and it was only one serving! Sweetened with SF DiVinci Syrup) - 2 Points
3 Oranges, 2 Apples (quick and easy, can be eaten at my desk) - 5 Points

That will leave me with at least 16 points for Dinner tonight! HOORAY! I think I'm going to stick to my "Induction" limit of 30 points per day until I have time to compare my OLD vesion of WeightWatchers stuff (from about 3 years ago) to the new stuff that [livejournal.com profile] collisions and [livejournal.com profile] dotgirl have.

I'm really looking forward to fresh Chef Salads for dinner! We live a block away from a Fruit Stand that just opened for the season, so it should be plenty easy to buy just enough vegis every day and avoid a fridge full of rotted lettuce. [livejournal.com profile] khristle sems to be excited for it, too, as it is a great motivator for her to get out of the house at least once a day with Molly to go for a walk!

By golly, this just might work! I ae breakfast over an hour ago and I'm still full!

Feeling fine! Much better than yesterday. A nice big bowl of Oatmeal will have to be a regular part of my balanced breakfast every day from now on! I'll have to get soe SF Maple Syrup to sweeten it up a bit, but it really sticks with me! Not enough to be the whole meal, but a great suppliment for only 2 points!

My planned lunch of 2 apples and 3 oranges has been cut down to 2 apples and 2 oranges. Gonna see how I do on that, save the points for Dinner tonight. Maybe a 9-point sandwich and some soup?
