Last nights salad didn't hurt so bad, but I think I may have gone over points for it. Didn't measure out my sunflour seeds or my bacon bits, so I'm most likely DANGEROUSLY CLOSE to blowing things. CURSE YOU, UNATTENDED APPLE FRITTER!!!

Today will be much tamer. Much more like what I'm SUPPOSED to have during the week!

I think I love these things! They clear up the craving for a crispy/crunchy thing very nicely, and I've done the math for up to 4 servings before you start increasing beyond the 1 point per 4 sticks!

HAD to be a prank call

Currently, The Weather Channel in Spokane is not showing the local weather information. So when they go "And now here's your local weather", it switches to local information for New York rather than Spokane. This is a known issue and it is scheduled to be fixed by Monday.

So this little old lady calls in from Spokane, and she is LIVID about this!

"How can you do this to me? How am I supposed to live like this? I can't tell what temperature it is outside! Of sure, I can *see* that it's raining outside, but what temperature? And what's it going to be like tomorrow? YOU CAN'T EXPECT ME TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!! I'm sorry young man, but I am PISSED-OFF about this! I want - no, I NEED this fixed NOW! I can't live like this! And what caused this, anyway? Was it a Tornado in my area that I don't know about because the LOCAL WEATHER ISN'T WORKING?!?!? I would never know! I hear the snicker in your voice... I suppose you thinkthis is funny? Well I don't expect you to know what I'm going through. But just you remember me when YOUR Weather Channel doesn't give you local information. Yeah, think about THAT. Let it SINK IN. And when you're facing that situation, I want you to think back and remember ME, sitting here not knowing what the temperature is or if there's a Tornado coming... I want you to remember me and feel SHAME!"

Wrong Soup :(

What I THOUGHT was a 5-point can of Progresso Grilled Steak & Penne Soup was in all actualith a 2-point can of Progresso Garden Vegetable Chicken Soup. That's GOOD because I now have an extra 3 points to play with tonight, but BAD because I absolutely hate Progresso Garden Vegetable Chicken soup. It has nothing but chicken and vegetables (no noodles or rice or taters or pasta) and it has way too heavy of a tomato taste to it (even though it's just a standard chicken broth base).

Bet hey! That makes a total of like 23 points for dinner! WOO!
