Having trouble finding enough stuff to sell on Ebay to cover this Spring/Summer of awwesome!

First of all, May 7th - WOOTSTOCK! Wil Wheaton, Adam Savage, Paul & Storm plus many nerdy guests (including MC Frontalot!)... tickets already purchased, that's our big Birthday thing this year.

Month after that, June 11th - CINEMATIC TITANIC LIVE! Chance to see the original MST3K Crew riffing live? Can't miss that! Tickets will come to about $40 a pop, gotta get cracking on that.

Month after that, July 4th - DEMOLITION DERBY IN MONROE! This is the year we want to take Molly to a Derby so she can see a true American sport played to it's finest! I think admission is like $20 per person?

Month after that, August 17th - WEIRD AL YANKOVICK IN LYNDEN! It's an ALL NEW TOUR! Can't miss that! Tickets are $35 a pop if I remember correctly...

And then, IF there's any money left over? I can't miss my opportunity to see KENNY ROGERS LIVE at the Puyallup Fair in September can I?

Interpret these simple questions however you like, but DO NOT explain your answers. For example, a simple question of "Coffee or Tea?" may be interpreted as which one you prefer, which one do you drink more of, which one costs more, which would you rather drown in... makes no difference. Just answer with one or the other, then add one more either/or question to the bottom before posting in your own Journal. If you don't know what the question is in reference to, you can either come up with a way to rationalize it in your own mind or just choose one at random.

FINALLY finished inventorying everything I bought at ECCC this year. Let's look at the numbers shall we?

SPENT: $250 (not including admission and my Stan Lee Autograph)

GOT:
  • 261 Comic Books
  • 1 Giant Treasury Edition "Marvel Super Heroes Holiday Fun" over-sized comic book
  • 6 Trade Paperbacks
  • Dick Cheney "Profitable Iraq" framed artwork
  • Masters of The Universe "Orko" animation cell and pencils signed by Hal Sutherland
  • 4 Star Trek Mini-Mates (2 per package)
  • Star Trek IV Action Figure Set
  • 8 T-Shirts
  • 5 HeroClix "Booster Packs"
  • Fluxx Card Game
  • World of Warcraft Collectible Miniatures Starter Set
  • Kirk & Gorn Bobblehead Set
  • 15 random Polyhedral Dice
  • Signed picture of Lou Ferrigno
  • 3 Magic: The Gathering starter decks
  • Seattle Star Wars Society "Millenium Falcon Buzzing The Space Needle" charity pin

309 items total

Average price paid per item: About 81-cents.

Now if I figure in the cost of admission for Crystal, Britt and I PLUS the cost of my Stan Lee Autograph (which adds another item t my total)... it's still right around $1.13 per item :)

I HEART COMIC BOOK CONVENTIONS!!!
