C'mon, co-werkers on my Friends List! Let's snap to it and start having cool parties! Oh, snap to it your self. I used to have parties - they were referred to as Nani's Parties and people would come to me asking, "when are you having another party? I want to come!"
Unfortunately this came crashing to an end when 1)I moved into the postage stamp rathole I live in now, and 2)I realized my current batch of friends got on like oil, water, napalm, c4, and a really steenky cheese. So, when we moved out of our previous apartment, we had the ONE LAST BASH where an alcoholic fell off the wagon, single men were propisitioned, the cops showed up, and many people ended up passing out in my spare bedroom or on my floor. Or in my room, which I didn't mind as long as they didn't hog the blankets. So, mild shindig, no cousins there.
Someday I will have NaniCon, when I have a venue that will handle the 50 people who will show up after I desperately come up with 100 people to invite. (part of why i gave up on the friends thing - having to play real time military strategy games just to make sure people aren't going to huff & say, I'm not coming, so&so's gonna be there, just got tired.)
