Had to re-schedule a cable installation today for a customer. The original tech who was sent out to do it refused to do the installation. Quote:

"There was an extreme odor coming from the house detectable from a block down the street. Found no less than 7 dead cats scattered across the front and back yards. Customer has been advised that we will not install services until the mess is cleaned up"

Isn't that just like "The Man" trying to tell a citizen how he's allowed to decorate his own home?
