Despite the contant 20 on hold since I got here at 8 this morning.
Despite the impending doom of my supervisor having told me that we "need to talk" as I was leaving last night.
Despite the looming frustration of a split Christmas, having to drive back and forth between Burlington and Kent.
Despite a creative drout that had left me unable to create the gifts I want to create.
Despite being extremely hungry because I skipped breakfast.
Despite all this, I am having a KICK-ASS day at werk today! I haven't had to use the AUX or ACW on my phone AT ALL today! No nasty callers, no Macintosh users, no unsolveable puzzles... just good clean troubleshooting for the uneducated masses! Of course I know that I'm probably just jinxing it by posting about it, but who cares? I'm tired of having my only werk-related posts being negative! So here's some positive for ya! I'm performing better than I ever have before, my callers are all genuinely appreciative of my help, and there's a Miami Vice marathon on TVLand ALL DAY TODAY!
